With the economic meltdown faced by most people in the world today, job cutback is getting
out of hand with each passing day. Because of this, more and more people lose their jobs that
resulted in unemployment. Why is this happening? Because of technological improvement
and advancement, more people lose their jobs to machines. Machines are far more accurate,
does not need holidays, don’t get sick even if they work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and
most importantly, machines are more reliable and do not complain. And because of economic
meltdown of the world today, many companies cannot support the cost of labor that is why
they have to let go of many workers even if they served the company for a long period of
time.
